My husband and I set up CoveredNZ Limited as the trading company for Covertogs™. We want to give you the confidence to buy on-line from us and we want you to be delighted with your Covertogs™.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the item within:
7 days of delivery for NZ deliveries
14 days of delivery for International deliveries.
We will refund you the purchase price OR exchange it if you request a replacement.
If you prefer to have your money refunded, you will receive your refund as soon as we receive the returned items in their original condition.
If you request a replacement item there will be no additional dispatch costs. For goods you are returning for replacement or refund, you can turn the bag they came in inside out, address it, and add postage ($5 for a pair of covertogs).
If we sent you faulty items or the wrong items (items you didn't order) we will refund you the purchase price plus also refund all delivery costs (both dispatch and your return shipping costs).
If you return items even though we sent you the right items (the ones you ordered) and the items were not faulty, and you do not request a replacement item, we will reimburse you the cost of the items less the cost of delivery.
There are three payment options: NZ Bank Deposit, Credit Card, or Paypal. If you do not have a NZ bank account, you will need to pay using your credit card or Paypal.
Payment by direct deposit into the CoveredNZ Limited bank account has the least risk for you because you do not have to share any account or credit card numbers.
The website is in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you use a credit card that is not registered in New Zealand, the total charged by the card issuer will be determined by them and will depend on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. They may also charge a fee for currency conversion. Please check with them before you place your order if you are concerned about their charges.
